P&W was established by Simon Pemberton & Adrian Whitefoord who met in 1980 whilst studying Graphic Design at university. Much has changed in the meantime, but their intentions remain the same; to deliver commercially-orientated creative design that aligns with client business goals. This is achieved via a collaborative process based on a spirit of mutual trust and understanding.

For over 35 years, my approach to any creative brief has been based on a culmination of lateral thinking, pragmatism, and commercial principles. I oversee creative projects of all sizes and communicate directly with you at all points of your project. Working with international clients synergises with my love of art, history and diverse creative challenges.
I have been at the creative helm for three decades, working closely with P&W’s largest clients helping to define, develop and bring to life their brand vision. From large-scale projects with retail partners to packaging briefs from challenger brands, my experience is diverse and varied and my meticulousness guarantees the very best results for clients in all sectors.
I’ve been a brand designer and account manager for 12 years at P&W. My current role involves working very closely with senior Tesco team members handling creative projects for the retailer. My positive personality and project management skills reassure clients that they are in a safe and highly experienced pair of hands!
Since completing my MA I’ve been with P&W, first as Studio Manager and now as Business Development Manager. At the project briefing stage, I glean as much information as possible to comprehend your specific needs, then work with a Partner to generate comprehensive documents and insightful presentations. I also efficiently assist with project smooth-running, providing creative direction and liaising directly with you.
I’ve been at P&W for 12 years and have worked on a wide variety of client projects, including challenger drinks brands and own-brand packaging design briefs. One aspect of the job I thoroughly enjoy is art-directing photoshoots where I get to liaise with outstanding photographers and inspiring clients (and sometimes get lunch cooked by the talented food technologists!)

For three decades I’ve been a conscientious designer with unrivalled visualising and art-direction skills. Creativity within brand guidelines and packaging design is my forte. At P&W I work on a variety of projects including comprehensive ranges for Tesco, producing creative material for all categories of store as well as seasonal solutions.
My 25 years in the design and marketing industry have allowed me to hone my skills in branding and packaging design. My role at P&W is focused on ensuring the efficient smooth-running of accounts, whether clients are based in the UK or abroad. I guide and art-direct a team of designers, whilst guaranteeing you the highest level of service and creativity.
I am a Senior Branding Consultant at P&W and have worked on an eclectic variety of projects, including packaging designs for challenger brands, identity designs for financial firms, and own-label solutions for international retailers. Typography is my great passion; I can help use it to encapsulate your brand’s identity and company ethos.
After over a decade working in the Higher Education sector, I have carved out a portfolio career as an actor, languages tutor and business professional. I work at P&W as the Studio Manager and support with office maintenance, business development and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
I initially worked with P&W as a Junior Designer back in 2014, and was happy to return in 2021! I work closely with other members of the P&W creative team and client brand managers to produce a vast array of design materials, including packaging design solutions for Kinder products to exciting POS solutions for Nutella and Tic Tac.
I was born in Osaka and have 25 years of design experience. I’ve worked at P&W for 13 years with various international clients, including the Hokkaido-based retailer Seicomart and office supplier Askul. I provide account handling services to our Japanese clients in my native language, whilst helping to create everything from corporate brochures to premium wine label designs.
Since 2018 I’ve been a designer at P&W and when taking on any new client brief, I like to bring my fresh “outside the box” ideas to the table. I push creative boundaries whilst meeting all identified project criteria. I will bring a new perspective to any design brief and ensure the final result exceeds expectations.
Hailing from Kenya, I’ve recently moved to the UK and have worked in the design industry for 5 years. New to the P&W team, my role comprises of bringing a fresh perspective to creative projects. To date I’ve worked on a variety of interesting briefs from packaging design projects to producing in-store theatre and advertising materials.
I have successfully maintained P&W’s financial data for over 25 years and am responsible for recording all transactions and providing financial statements and reports for P&W’s Partners. My diligence and scrupulous attention to detail continues to ensure the company is running to maximum efficiency.
I have over 13 years’ experience of supporting businesses with a variety of administration and financial tasks. Since joining P&W, I assist the team with client invoicing and other back-office work, to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
